We are committed to giving back in every sector with which we do business through community outreach initiatives, both domestically and abroad. Our code of conduct is set up to rigorously evaluate the ways in which Rockstoc contributes to every environment we touch.
Domestically, that means that we make the effort to utilize talented U.S. based stonecutters, designers and lapidary artists, and that we do not outsource administrative roles. Our domestic partners and consultants range from American gem cutters and jewelers in all facets of the trade to moms that tackle our administrative and sales efforts virtually, allowing them to balance work with the needs of their families.
At Rockstoc, we place top priority on creating jobs for those that support us. Internationally, we work diligently with our partners in Sri Lanka, Africa, Australia, India, Myanmar, and around the world to create effective community outreach initiatives.
Everyone got involved with the community outreach initiative in Seva - even the children were eager to help.
In 2019 we donated and hand-delivered several tons of rice to impoverished families in Jaipur, India. This year, we have collaborated with our partners in Myanmar to invest in a cooperative Sapphire mine that pays a fair percentage of revenues to the artisanal miners that work there.
